  • Do you provide customised solutions?

    Yes we do. We strive to customise our solutions to suit your every need.  Some brands allow customisation depending on volume and application.

  • Is there somewhere I can physically view these products/samples?

    Yes. You can visit our Interior Affairs Bathroom Experience Center and immerse yourself in a multitude of brand, design and style options.   • Where can I find dimensional drawings and 2D/3D images?

    Information on our product specifications, including 2D/3D images can be downloaded on our website under the products section.

  • How do I check for availability of the products?

    You can email your enquiry using the Contact Form on our website or call us directly at +65 6632 7470.

    We are open from Mondays to Fridays from 9am - 6pm.

  • What are the delivery terms?

    For available stock items from our Urbano Collection, we provide next working day delivery upon confirmation. For indent items, standard lead times of approximately 3 months may apply depending on supplier's availability and shipment terms.  This is based on SEA-freight.

    Urgent deliveries can be arranged by AIR-freight on customer's request and payment.

  • What is the warranty period?

    All our brands carry a Quality Guarantee to ensure only the best products are imported and distributed. Our exclusive brands carry a warranty of minimum 5 years.

    Warranty terms are for domestic use only and applicable against manufacturer's defects. Public and project application may carry different warranties and may be subjected to special terms.

  • Do you provide after sales service?

    Yes. For any after sales request, please refer to the Technical Service Form under Customer Care. Terms and conditions apply.

  • Can you upgrade the number of ticks in WELS for certain products?

    Yes. We can assist to send the products to PUB for upgrade. Please submit your request using the Contact Form on our website.

  • Can I still buy spare parts after an item has been discontinued?

    Yes. Spare parts for all our products are available up to 15 years from date of discontinuation.
